Proven performance in extreme conditions
- Fibrelite GRP composite sumps (tank, dispenser, remote, direct, MW and ATG) will not lose rigidity in extreme temperatures or deflect under ground water pressure.
- KPS piping is tested and certified to the EN 14125 standard, assuring its performance from -20°C to +50°C.
- Fibrelite and KPS products are inherently corrosion-free.
- KPS electrofusion piping is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with an EVOH zero-permeation barrier far surpassing the EN 14125 standard.
- Fibrelite covers are an excellent insulator against heat.

- Fibrelite sumps and covers and KPS piping are both designed to prevent water ingress or fuel egress on sites situated in corrosive environments or on high water tables preventing potential damage to equipment and water contamination to fuel.
- For sensitive areas, KPS’ double wall (secondary contained) piping provides an extra layer of protection.
- All Fibrelite covers are available in C250 (25 tonne) and D400 (40 tonne) load ratings and are manufactured in accordance with EN 124: PAS 26.
- Fibrelite manhole cover are designed for safe manual removal and replacement by a single operator.
- KPS piping offers flow rates from 80-2,500 litres/minute.

- Fibrelite sumps are supplied in multiple pieces, creating the maximum space for installers to work and are suitable for new and retrofit projects.
- KPS piping is available in coils or sticks, minimising the number of welds required.
- Fibrelite covers are designed with a watertight seal and are flush with grade level to prevent trip and fall injuries. The ergonomically designed lifting handle provides safe removal and replacement of covers without risk of injury to the back and fingers.
